They came from G and
E Farms, Keyesport,
Illinois, KEVIN AND
CLAUDIA GUM, in the
fall of 2005 and took
home some of our best
goats, hauling them in
comfort and safety. The
trailer was closed in
and had a fine cushion
of straw in it. Just in
case it might turn cold
on the trip Claudia
brought along coats from
her miniature horses to
use on the goats. She
went shopping in
Kerrville and came back
wearing a pair of pink
boots and a big smile.
Now that would cheer up
anybody!
Claudia bought more
nannies from our Tyler
sale, so they have a
good sized bunch of 7A+
goats up there in
Illinois.
