We're setting up a section where we can display pictures taken of the Edwards Plateau area where our ranch is located. The community where we live is called The Divide, but up the road about 40 miles from here our neighbors Jerry and Frances Nix have a ranch near Rocksprings, a little ranch town with a rich history. You'll find them in the extended family section. Both of our ranches are on the same ridge that runs along and creates a watershed. Our own ranch drains to the Guadalupe River, but Uncle Warren's ranch just a hundred yards north of ours drains to the Llano River. The area around Rocksprings drains on one side to the Llano, on the other to the Nueces River.

Because Frances is a truly talented photographer who shares her pictures with us from time to time, we decided to make a gallery where you could see what it looks like out here in our part of the Texas Hill Country. Every once in a while we get a picture that shows some scenery, so we'll also share some of our photographs with you too.
